A. We’re afraid not. Our business is publishing. We hope that our books and our LIve Law series are helpful in explaining the law; but for those who need advice the proper source is a firm of solicitor or other advisers.
Q2. Can you help with dispute resolution?
A. Andrew Barsby is a non-practising barrister and an Accredited Mediator, and is happy to discuss mediation following a joint approach by the solicitors acting for both or all parties to a dispute – please see our Mediation page.
Q3. Will the Live Law series be extended?
A. Yes: we have every intention of covering more areas of the law.
Q4. Do you wish to have feedback on your books or Live Law?
A. Yes: while we can’t respond with advice, we very much welcome comments about whether we are succeeding in explaining the law.
